Stadsträdgården AB is a gardening company that has been working for over 20 years with the design, establishment, and maintenance of inner courtyards in Stockholm, an exciting yet demanding niche within the gardening industry. We are a friendly group with extensive experience and knowledge in maintenance, garden establishment, and design.

Stadsträdgården is steadily growing in both maintenance and establishment, and we are constantly developing our service offerings. The 2024 season has given us many new and pleasant assignments, and more will follow! Therefore, we would like to get in touch with you, skilled and creative gardeners, who, together with our experienced team of gardeners, want to work with maintenance and upkeep for our clients in exciting and varied environments. You should have relevant education and/or experience working in the gardening industry, possess pruning knowledge, good plant knowledge, and be accustomed to handling the tools and machinery required by the profession. A driving license (B) is important, as well as chainsaw and brushcutter licenses, etc. Arborist knowledge is also valued by us. Good collaboration skills, initiative, and curiosity are also important as you and your new colleagues will help each other to do a good job in a pleasant manner. In inner courtyards, there is also quite a bit of customer contact, so the ability to communicate in Swedish is important. Naturally, we want you to be passionate about the gardening profession and have an eye for that little extra!

We are looking for you who:

• have a few years of experience and/or education in the gardening industry.
• are practical and enjoy working outdoors in all weather.
• can handle the machines and tools required by the profession.
• want to work in a team where professional pride is high and enjoyment is at its peak!
• are curious and want to learn more, and perhaps also have something to teach!

The employment form is full-time seasonal with a good possibility of extension. The season in the inner city is, however, long, usually from around the beginning of March to around mid-December, but of course, we are somewhat governed by the climate, which varies from year to year. During the low season, we also offer tasks such as snow removal, winter pruning, tree work, earthworks, etc., depending on climate and needs.
